Mentoring Services

Mentee Testimonials
Molly Duesterhaus, CEO, Sunna Fiber, LLC
“The Power Up Mentoring program has been strategic and insightful. The years of experience and wisdom shared by our mentor team has challenged us to think and rethink decisions and next moves as we grow our business. The mentors often ask questions we have not considered or have identified areas that we need to give attention to in order to create a strong foundation for long-term success. They never tell us what to do but they ask enough questions, share experiences and possible options, and encourage us to keep pushing forward.”
Eric Williams, Creative MMD, LLC
“I am a solo entrepreneur, so I only think about my business from my perspective. My experience with my mentoring team has helped me to gain and broaden new and innovative perspectives and concepts that have helped me to grow my business. My mentoring team provides me with practical advice, from their own lived-experiences, that has made me a better business owner who now takes intentional and strategic approaches to growing my business and who now takes more ownership in my business. My mentors have led me to be able to officially hire my first, full-time employee. This is proof that Power Up Spartanburg Mentoring works!”

“I feel it is important to support other business entrepreneurs in their endeavors and connect with the local business community. Mentoring also helps me grow as a business owner through the exchange of ideas and learning from my fellow mentors.”

“Giving back can be done in many ways including mentoring. Mentoring provides mentees with the opportunity to enhance their competence, grow in their field, and avoid mistakes made by predecessors.”
